　　原名Andre Tanneberger的atb，出生于1973年的東德，從小便對電子舞曲産生了極高的興趣，18歲時就成了當地Pub駐場DJ，而有幸認識到一些他音樂生涯中的貴人Thomas Kulula、a.k.a.、General Base等，開啓atb的電音藝人之路，開始在自己的卧室創作電音。短短一年後随即推出第一首單曲，也在随後數年間發行數首自己的作品，皆是頗受好評。直到1998年，一首氣車廣告曲“9PM(Till I Come)“沖上英美電音榜冠軍及流行榜前10名，不僅讓atb的知名度扶搖直上成爲炙手可熱的人氣電音巨星，更令atb合作邀約不斷，成爲獨當一面的超級電音制作人。
　　
　　2002年，atb凝聚近10年來的音樂實力，再度推出全新的個人大碟Dedicated。音樂風格更具多元性與時代感，不論是atb最拿手的Progressive與Trance、或是走在時尚尖端的Chill Out，atb巧妙的調配拿捏合宜，絲毫不拖泥帶水絕無冷場，比前2張作品更加成熟與精緻，所诠釋出的音樂感動絕非一般刺激感官的電子舞曲所能比拟。專輯強勢收錄了2首德國冠軍曲、美國告示榜Top10的熱門單曲“Hold You”及“Let U Go”，令人心神響往的女聲(加拿大Band Sound新秀Wild Stawberries主唱)與電音旋律，羅織出如夢似幻的Rave天堂氛圍，堪稱融合Epic House與POP的最高典範。當然專輯中其它的歌曲更非泛泛之作，專輯同名歌曲Dedicated，嚴謹的節奏鋪陳，标準式歐陸Trance深入人心；若有似無的Tribe經典Get High，至高境界無與倫比；而另一首Hero更是不可多得，冷冽的節拍穿插着直入天際的女伶之聲，爲這張品質滿點的專輯再添一分。
